.oog file is not supported by Windows Media Player, because Windows Media Played can not recognize the codec for this file type.
To play this type of file in Windows Media Player, you have to download and install Ogg DirectShow Codec from Vorbis, after you install the codec, you should be able to play .ogg file using Windows Media Player.
