Read the first point in the TOS. You can not claim copyright because that would thwart it for all the others that download the same logo. But you’re free to use it as a logo for your whatever.

But then again, who would want to use a logo that 500 others have? The purpose of the logotype is to give your business a distinct and /unique/ way to be recognized.

The logos are cool, but the terms of use also.
For the inspiration to create logos self, the site is a good tip.

Even though you can download logos for free from LogoInstant, you can NOT use them for your company, it’s NOT legal, and it is NOT a good place to find a logo. Please read LogoInstants own terms and conditions before making false claims.
