Just a few days ago, the Drupal core team have relased a new version for the 4.7.x and 5.x branch.

This updated version fixed some security issues in the previous Drupal instalation. The security issues mainly involved Cross site scripting.

Changes in the new version

  • Drupal 4.7.11 and 5.6 will now require PHP 4.3.5 or higher.
  • No longer support servers with the PHP directive register_globals set to on.

If you’re still using an old version of Drupal, then get your feet together and update your site with the latest version.
