DreamhostThree days ago one of the biggest name in web hosting industry -Dreamhost made a huge blunder.

They accidently overbilled their almost all of their customer for something that should haven’t been charge yet.  Dreamhost accidently overbilled more than $7.5 million dollars, that is a very huge numbers.

A few hours later, Dreamhost apologized for this issues by sending their apology by email to every customers, they also posted it in their company blog using some jokes. And it turns out not everyone liked they way Dreamhost delivers their apology.

A lot of people commented on that blog post saying that they wanted Dreamhost be more professional when dealing with seriuos matters, and not by passing some practical jokes.

I’m also one of Dreamhost customer, I’ve been with them for almost a year now and on this matter I’m quite agree with other customers who didn’t like on how Dreamhost post their apology on their site. They need to more professional in handling this such matter.

Would you throw joke to someone if it involves $7.5 million dollars?
